World Bank’s $611m to support Out-of-School children in Nigeria In our news center,say s that The World Bank has said that that $611 million released for the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) operation in Nigeria was meant for supporting the country in strengthening the Universal Basic Education (UBE) programme and out-of-school children challenges.
