Nigeria@58: IPOB members allegedly attack Christ Embassy members hoisting flag in Asaba Suspected members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, members in the early hours of Monday attacked Christ Embassy members hoisting Nigeria’s flag around Nnebisi road in Asaba, Delta State and set the flags ablaze. The pro-Biafra elements, clad in red attires around Umuagu Quarters, sang war songs, and drummed in Igbo language after they had allegedly attacked the Nigerian flag hoisters. Though no life was lost in the attack, the victims who claimed to be members of the Christ Embassy Church in Asaba sustained various degrees of injuries.
